How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and complete your payment

Can I exchange items if they don’t fit or arrive damaged?

Yes. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order for size issues or if the item arrives damaged.

  • For size exchanges (customer request), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • For defective or incorrect items (our mistake), we will cover all shipping costs.
How long does the exchange process take?

Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before the replacement is shipped to you.

Is free shipping available?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled without a valid reason once placed and confirmed

What delivery methods are available?

You can choose between:

  • Reguler Delivery – JNE REG 2-3 days, JNE YES 1 days
  • Sameday & Instant Delivery – via PAXEL order before cut off time 2PM for sameday and instant before 4PM
  • Instore Pickup – Collect your order from the nearest Dickies store at no additional cost
