Exchanges & Returns Policy
You have up to 7 days after receiving your package to contact us. If it’s been more than 7 days, we’re sorry, we can’t process your request
Yes! You can request an exchange if:
- You got the wrong item
- The item is damaged or defective
- You need a different size
What you can exchange for:
- A different size of the same item
- A different item with the same size & price
- A more expensive item (you just pay the difference)
Please Note
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, with tags still attached
- You cannot exchange for an item that is cheaper than the original
We only allow returns for a refund if:
- The item is wrong or defective
- We don’t have a replacement in stock
You can’t return if:
- You just changed your mind
- You don’t like the color, design, or style
- The item has been used, washed, or has no tags
- You don’t send an unboxing video showing the sealed package
- You contact us after 7 days
Please Note
If approved, your refund will be processed in 3–5 business days after we receive the item
- You pay if you’re exchanging because of personal reasons (like wrong size)
- We pay if the mistake was on our side (wrong or damaged item)
