Shipping & Delivery

All deliveries purchased on the website will be sent from the Jakarta location.

1. Monday – Friday Shipping :
– Orders placed before 3:00 PM (WIB) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same day
– Orders placed after 3:00 PM (WIB) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped on the following day

2. Saturday Shipping :
– Orders placed before 12:00 PM (WIB) on Saturdays will be processed and shipped on the same day
– Orders placed after 12:00 PM (WIB) on Saturdays will be processed and shipped on Monday

3. Sunday Shipping :
– No shipping is done on Sundays. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed and shipped on Monday

4. Public Holidays & Joint Leave Days:
– Shipping does not occur on public holidays, joint leave days, or when courier services are not operating
Orders placed during public holidays or joint leave days will be processed and shipped on the next business day

There are several shipping options that are divided into some of types, namely regular shipping, sameday, instant & pick up at offline stores. Free shipping using standard shipping.
While pick up at the store, it’s also free. Suitable for those of you who need goods quickly because you can pick them up directly at the nearest store

You can enjoy free shipping with no minimum purchase. For all of Indonesia area estimated 2-3 days &outside the city 3-5 days

> To receive your order on the same day, please complete your purchase before 2:00 PM (WIB). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day
> Instant Delivery is available for selected areas. If you place your order before 4:00 PM (WIB), it will be processed and delivered within 3–4 hours on the same day
