Returns Policy

We can give you free returns with terms and conditions. You can submit a product complaint (return) within 3 working days after you receive the product. If no complaint is filed until the deadline, then you will not be able to file another complaint due to any constraints.

The following are solutions for complaints or returns:
1. Refund
2. Product replacement
3. Product addition

Please read the Dickies Indonesia Product Return Policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Returns Policy
We will only approve product returns for the following reasons:
1.  Damaged/defective product (max. 3 days after the product is received) 
      - Refunds: Yes
      - Product replacement: Yes, Same SKU
      - Product addition: No
2.  Product specifications do not match those listed on the application/website (max. 3 days after the product is received) 
      - Refunds: Yes
      - Product replacement: Yes, Same SKU
      - Product addition: No
3.  The product received is lacking in quantity or lacking in complete components (max. 3 days after the product is received) 
      - Refunds: Yes
      - Product replacement: Yes, Same SKU
      - Product addition: Yes, SKU is the same or compatible

Conditions for damaged/defective products
Product returns must fall within the following criteria:
- Items that do not match the condition (production defects)
- Items whose packaging has been damaged when the item is received
- Items that are malfunctioning (not functioning properly/damaged)
- Items damaged during shipping
- Items that do not match the order (example: wrong size or color)

Product Return Submission Instructions
1. File a return complaint within 3 business days of receiving the product by contacting Customer Service
2. You are required to fill out the product complaint form on the website. Click here for the returns form
3. It is mandatory to include an unboxing video (opening the package) as valid evidence if the item is damaged/not functioning from the start of receiving the item
4. The Dickies Indonesia Team will check your complaint submission for a maximum of 1x24 hours from the time the submission is received
5. The purchase receipt/invoice must be attached when sending the return of the item
6. All items (along with the original packaging) to be returned must be in the same condition (still have the price label/tag, packaging and barcode), never used, not dirty, not scratched, not washed before or anything that changes the authenticity of the product
7. For products that are not functioning properly or are damaged (if it has been more than 3 (three) working days after you received it), we recommend that you immediately contact Dickies Indonesia Customer Service so that you can get direct handling
8. Refunds can only be given if the stock of the item you want to exchange is not available and if there is an error in sending the item caused by an error on the part of Dickies Indonesia
9. After we receive the product you returned, within a maximum of 7 business days, the Dickies Indonesia team will send the replacement item
10. If the item we receive does not match the return criteria above, then we will send the product back to you within a maximum of 3 (three) business days.

Return Product Shipping Fee Terms
If the return of goods is due to Dickies Indonesia's error, then the shipping costs for returning the product will be paid by Dickies Indonesia).
If the return of goods is due to the Buyer's wishes, then the shipping costs for returning the product will be paid by the Buyer.

Dickies Indonesia Policy Regarding Submission of Product Complaints
Dickies Indonesia's decisions and policies regarding approval of product returns and/or refunds are final and cannot be contested. Dickies Indonesia has the right to reject your Complaint submission if the submission does not comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
